The butter homogenizer is intended for homogenizing block of butter, margarine, cheese, spreads, and is carried out in order to achieve a better, softer consistency of the butter before packing and to stabilize the taste under storage conditions.

Homogenization increases the quality of the butter, reduces water loss and improves its plasticity.

Even moisture distribution. The special design helps to increase the plasticity of the product and ensure even moisture distribution, which facilitates long-term product storage and preservation of organoleptic properties.
