Description

The rotary vacuum diffuser is designed to perform a vacuum diffusion process for a wide range of low and high density products.

Products:

It is ideal for the application of saline and sugar solutions, enzymes, vitamins and anti-oxidants on a water or oil basis, as it ensures even distribution of even small amounts of ingredients among the total product volume.

The addition of the ingredients takes place under constant stirring, which allows uniform distribution to the entire product volume even under vacuum conditions.

The additive penetrates deep into the pores, significantly enhancing the taste-aromatic properties of the product.

Working principle 

The dry product is poured into the chamber. Vacuum is applied, air is removed from chamber and pores of product. After removal of the air by continuous mixing, the additive is introduced into the vacuum chamber and is uniformly mixed throughout the product volume.

After the required amount of additive has been applied and divided, the vacuum is switched on, and the additive present on the outer surface of the product is pressed inward by atmospheric pressure, it fills the pores that were previously filled with air.
