The homogenizer consists of an atmospheric cylindrical vessel with a special jacket for water or steam heating and with a screw stirrer. The heating jacket is designed as a pilow plate, which allows to increase the thermal conductivity and eliminate the risk of local overheating.
The heating jacket is placed throughout the cylindrical part of the homogenizer. At the top of the homogenizer is a hatch that can be used to load the product and also to maintain the equipment.
The homogenizer is made of high-quality food grade stainless steel AISI 304.
Optionally, it can be supplemented with a device for loading honey from containers into a homogenizer, which is equipped with a hydraulic or pneumatic lifting mechanism.
The melting grid can be installed on the lid of
the homogenizer for pre-melting the solid honey. Pre-melting will significantly reduce the time of melting and homogenizing the honey in the homogenizer.
