Extended product shelf life

Vacuum effectively removes air bubbles from the product, favorably affecting the durability of the finished product. The product retains its natural flavor, aroma and color.

The vacuum evaporator is equipped with a condenser and a condensate collector, which brings a great advantage because the evaporated liquid does not dissipate into the atmosphere but enters the condensate collector.

The heating of the vacuum evaporator is either steam that is fed to the evaporator jacket or hot water.
