Description
Equipment for the production of soya milk includes cooking vessel with a steam mixer and a built-in homogenizer. It can be used to produce homogeneous products such as soy milk and soy pasta, various types of sauces and the like.
The design of the device provides quick processing of the product with minimum energy consumption, thanks to the direct injection of steam into the product and intensive mixing by means of a steam mixer. Direct steam injection ensures fast heating without inertia and heat loss compared to models that use jacket for heating.
The product is mixed in the cooking tank in two levels. Mechanical mixing, grinding and homogenization of the product using a built-in rotor-stator homogenizer. Heating and mixing in the second level is accomplished by direct steam injection.
There is no mechanical mixing unit in the cooking tank.
The built-in high-performance rotor-stator homogenizer ensures fast mixing, homogenization and grinding of product particles within minutes.
