Description
Prunes in chocolate or dried plums in chocolate are chocolate candies filled with whole prunes, possibly with nuts or almonds. The typical Polish delicacy (śliwka w czekoladzie) and also traditional confectionery in Russia and Ukraine (чернослив в шоколаде).
The chocolate plum production line may consist of the following equipment:
